Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, we require at least one hour’s notice before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within this one-hour window will incur a 50% charge of the trip fare. This policy helps us manage our schedules and offer timely services to other passengers. We understand that plans change, and we aim to make the process as smooth as possible.
No-Show Policy
A no-show will be charged if our driver arrives at the pickup location and the passenger does not show. A no-show will also apply if there is no cancellation record or if the passenger leaves the pickup location without contacting our office. In such cases, the full fare will be charged. For passengers arriving at airports, please ensure to head to the designated pickup area and contact our office if you face any issues.
