For pre-arranged airport arrivals, the following procedures will apply
Cancellation Policy: We understand your travel plans may change and other circumstances may arise. With that in mind, Westchester Taxi and Limousine has a very simple cancellation policy.
The Passenger must inform Westchester Taxi and Limousine of any changes or cancellations on international flights at least 4 hours ahead of time. The Passenger must inform Westchester Taxi and Limousine of any changes or cancellations on domestic flights at least 2 hours ahead of time.
If a cancellation is made less than four hours prior to the reservation time, The Passenger will be charged half the fare cost.
If no cancellation is made and The Passenger is a “no show”, then The Passenger will be charged the full amount of the fare. (“No show” is defined below.)
‘We will charge full fare if the cancellation is less than half an hour including ‘no show’ (please see “No show” procedure below)
No-Show Charge The passenger will be considered a no-show if the passenger does not call Westchester Taxi and Limousine within 30 minutes after arrival and if there is no record of cancellation. Westchester Taxi and Limousine will attempt to make contact with the passenger. If the passenger verifies that he or she is a no-show, then the driver will leave and the passenger will be billed. The charge for a no-show will be the full fare of the service.
WAITING TIME AT AIRPORTS – COMMERCIAL FLIGHTS 30 minutes included waiting time on all domestic flights, 45 minutes on international flight arrivals is included on all airport pickups. After 30 or 45 minutes from the confirmed landing time, after grace period, waiting time charges will apply $25.00 for the first 1/2 hour & $50.00 for each additional hour.
WAITING TIME AT RESIDENTIAL, BUSINESS AND OTHER COMMERCIAL LOCATIONS Customers are allowed 15 included minutes waiting time as a "grace period" from the scheduled pickup time. Thereafter, waiting time is calculated in 15-minute intervals by prorating the current hourly rate for the vehicle type requested. (This does not apply to airport pick-ups; please see arrivals procedure). After the grace period, wait time will be billed in 15-minute increments at $10 per 15-minute interval.
Parking Fee All pre-arranged inside pick-ups will be charged an additional parking fee

$10.00 for each additional passenger, children under age 7 are free.
ADDITIONAL STOPS Charges for Additional Stops are generally $10-$30 depending upon the distance traveled. Typically, stops within the same suburban town are $10 each; this includes restroom stops. Stops at other towns along the way are $30. The base rate charged will be that of the furthest town with the intermediate stops charged accordingly. Stops within NYC are $10-$30 depending upon distance. Stops in another county or borough will be charged based on the actual service.
EARLY MORNING SURCHARGE Trips that are scheduled for pickup between 12:00am and 4:00am incur an additional $10.00 flat fee. This fee goes entirely to the chauffeur.
Trips on the holidays listed below incur an additional $20.00 flat fee that goes entirely to the chauffeur:
Christmas Eve (starting at 5 pm)
New Years Eve (starting at 5 pm)
New Years Day Independence Day (July 4th)
CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY IS MANDATORY Gratuity will be 20% for all services
ROUND TRIP TOLLS
All toll charges will be billed round-trip
Effective January 2017
Liability The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown, and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The Passenger assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused by themselves or any members of their party during the duration of the trip. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet, seat burn or damage is mandatory. Sanitation fee is $250.00.
Alcohol Consumption Alcohol consumption and drug use are prohibited by law. The customer will pay for any damages or any fines.
Driver Right The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of The Passenger(s).
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
Winter Weather Winter Weather, we are not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
Lost Articles We are not responsible for any articles left in the vehicles.
Car Seat Westchester Taxi and Limo can provide a car seat upon customer’s request, for an additional fee. It is customer’s responsibility to install the car seat properly and the Passenger hereby waives any and all claims against the Company, its agents or employees for injury, loss, or damage, including consequential damages.
Discounts and Promotions All discount promotions on our website or social media cannot be combined with other offers, and all promotions or discounts are not valid with prior services.
